API | New Endpoints #37

I have created the Shop endpoints. They are the ones from the doc and some that came to mind that aid with the game.

Some many pop up during the day that I may add, such as Admin stuff (if it is needed). Else, I am making this PR to get feedback and so that the frontend can continue.
