jumping to top of buffer sometimes when not in follow mode #20

This is a serious bug that renders Floobits for Neovim nearly unusable.

When using the plugin, Neovim will frequently, every minute or so, jump to the top of the buffer when switching buffers. This happens when another user using the IntelliJ Floobits plugin is connected to the same workspace and not in follow mode.

This does not appear to happen when Neovim is connected to the workspace but no other users are connected.
