ARV Hestia Decoration/Medbay addition #19

This Pull Request adds Mold's Contributions to the general decoration of the ARV Hestia. It also replaces the Service lounge with a mini medbay.

Changes to the config files can safely be ignored and not merged into the main branch. If there's a way I can prevent attempting to merge configs in the future please inform me of how to do so.

Noticed something that i missed while editing the ship. Going to close this PR to fix it.
