This is My second attempt at getting this merged. The initial PR contained items that I meant to delete and forgot to.

This Pull Request adds Mold's Contributions to the general decoration of the ARV Hestia. It also replaces the Service lounge with a mini medbay.

Changes to the config files can safely be ignored and not merged into the main branch. If there's a way I can prevent attempting to merge configs in the future please inform me of how to do so.
