Almost all current Linux Distros want to or have already dropped libssl1.1 because it is (dangerously?) outdated.
Ubuntu and all its derivatives have neither 1.1 or even the option to install it since 22.04, including the current lts and all newer updates. (This will most likely include most of the Linux Playerbase, excluding Steam Deck)
Steam Deck, due to its Arch base, will probably have support for a bit longer, but it is still a bad idea to continue dependency.
