Bug Summary

When "Automatically hide Toolbar" is enabled alone, the cursor must go to the top edge of the browser in order for the toolbar to appear. This behavior is expected and desirable to minimize interference with the UI of websites.

If either "Automatically hide Sidebar" or "Show Sidebar over website content" is enabled along with "Automatically hide Toolbar", the behavior of "Automatically hide Toolbar" is changed so that the toolbar appears whenever the mouse hovers over the area that the toolbar would occupy once un-hidden, but before it is visible.

Reproduction Steps

  1. Enable "Automatically hide Toolbar" with either of the other settings mentioned.

Expected Behavior

The behavior remains the same.

Actual Behavior

The behavior changes as described above.
