Pre-Submission Checklist

Bug Summary

Whenever I get enough tabs that it starts to reach the end of the row, my tabs will start shaking/vibrating back and forth. It will sometimes stop when I am using the end tab instead of one in the middle, or it will stop if I get enough tabs that it creates a second row. This will happen in maximized mode or windowed.

Reproduction Steps

  1. Set Multi-Row Tabs to on.
  2. Open enough tabs that it starts shaking. In my case, it's around 9-10 tabs.

Expected Behavior

I expect it to be stationary.

Actual Behavior

The tabs are shaking left to right.

Browser Version

11.14.1

Operating System

Linux Mint 21.3

Additional Context

This has been happening for a while, but it's behavior hasn't changed in a while so I figured I'd report it. Thank you!

I have a similar problem with pinned tabs. The tabs start vibrating when I am on the rightmost tab of the top row. However, if I don't have any tabs pinned, the browser is fine
