[Bug]: Chinese Pinyin Input Method Text Candidate Box Misalignment

Bug Summary

When I use the Sogou input method, the text box is misaligned, whereas the default Microsoft Pinyin on Windows works fine, and if I use the older Google Pinyin input method, it flashes back multiple times, showing that the browser is unavailable.
