Bug Summary
The bug appears in the Startpage where with the shortcuts and makes it difficult to modify them, since the settings window for the individual modifications of a shortcut appear below the shortcuts.
Reproduction Steps
Create a new Tab or go to the Startpage with the shortcuts enabled
Click on the settings icon for an individual shortcut (the three dots)
Now the Window of the Settings where you could pin the shortcut or modify appears below the shortcuts
thus only the outer ones could be modified where there are no shortcuts to "block" the setting window
Expected Behavior
The window appears above the shortcuts so that the settings can be accessed.
Actual Behavior
Window appears below the shortcuts and therefore settings cannot be clicked.
