Add PIN verification to client SMS requests #5

Not sure how to do this without leaving a record of the PIN in the client's SMS history

I think it's just like your credit card - if it gets nicked people can use it without a pin, so you better cancel it.

We could also allow the admin and the user to set a transaction value limit.

After all, if you lose money then its just gone, so its safer than money.
