Test the local repo template with a use case done in the past

• [x] Gather all the documents, folders... used in the past
• [x] Duplicate the local repo template
• [x] Replicate the script and update the customFunctions.py file
• [x] Double check the output graph are saved
• [x] Push the local repo according to .gitignore file

• Some of the previous script parts are not working anymore (probably different package version)
• Re-use the graphs generated at the first script version
• Create "index.html" page to show the results instead of using markdown from Github
