finnish pre-Alpha version for W40K extension

can Make HOI4 profil from W40K profil for
- Infantry and Monsters
- Vehicules (terrestrial)
- Weapons
Make company using previous unit and weapons
can't use in combat for now (comming soon !!)
Need to be balanced (Next step :) )
