The program crashes for unknown reasons #22

The program starts and works normally, but after a while it crashes with the following error

Hm weird, I don't know what could cause that issue as I haven't been able to reproduce it. Did you install everything correctly?

During installation, there were no errors or requests to install additional software (for example, .NET) what are the requirements for the correct operation of the program? is it possible additional software?

I don't know the exact requirements of the app, but having a semi modern system should help with running it.
