fix carousel not random #117

To fix the issue, there are multiple solutions:

Make the home page dynamic (worst option)
Make the carousel not save cache (better, but performance is poor)
Implement randomness at the client component (leads to hydration and minification errors in React)
Wait for a release of pre-partial rendering in Next.js (I think this is the best option for now)

When aiming for a high-performance website, some choices should be avoided.
