google docs get: text documents only as plain text files, not html or doc or pdf or odf #77

The interface only downloads text documents as plain text (.txt) files and not 
as a rich text format.

Try using --format=odt or --format=rtf

michael.chelen's suggestion SHOULD work, but --format was not implemented for 
docs get. This patch should fix that.

FYI: You can make all docs "documents" download as RTF by default by editing 
the document_format value in your config file. See the ConfigurationOptions 
page in the wiki.
