First off, thanks a lot for this adaptation. I think minipacman is a great environment and am glad to have found a gym-usable version of it!
The reraise logic has been entirely removed from gym. Here is the link to the relevant commit on gitlab: http://163.180.144.31/jaehun/gym/commit/d11196a896d20ebcd5e4e7a4aa6f3bc7ac96d1b1
I suggest applying the same changes to this environment to accommodate current versions. I'll be adding a pull request shortly.
