Support Link Favicons plugin with API #508

The Link Favicon plugin uses the Icon Shortcodes plugin plugin for providing additional icons. It would be great, if Iconize provided an API for this. Here's the issue I opened on their end: https://github.com/joethei/obsidian-link-favicon/issues/75.

Thank you for the suggestion. I think it's similar to #155. The API is currently in progress, I still need to refactor some things.
