Publish on F-Droid/Izzydroid

Great app! For degoogled devices, will be nice if it can be published on F-Droid or Izzydroid. Izzydroid will be faster to show new releases as it can take the build directly from GitHub, F-Droid tends to be slower as apps are build by a separate pipeline. Here's some info about submissions:

+1 the app is really good, the only opensource one with quick settings implementation which is very handy. definitely needs to be on fdroid or izzy
