Guns Are Not Requiring Any Strength, So Even If I Don't Have Enough Skill Points, Guns Still Work

I know I'm very late with this, but I made a fork that adds CGM compat since I needed it for my own modpack: https://github.com/XxLegitOPxX/Rereskillable-Rereforked-CGM It just prohibits shooting if you don't have the skill level(s) required. You can download the jar file from releases.
