Is there a plan to support Monterey new mscos?

The file /System/Library/Frameworks/CoreDisplay.framework/Versions/A/CoreDisplay seems to be not here

I also am having this error, was there ever any solution found?

A solution could be to extract the binary file from dyld_shared_cache_xxx and the rebuild the cache.
