Please download the latest script the signature is in there :)

cbjerg commented 8 years ago

I'm sorry. Apparently I nereded to unpatch first. Didn't know that

Floris497 commented 8 years ago

Uh.. nope you did not... you should not have done that. You are now running the old CoreDisplay. The backup of the old one was still there. The script was updated with the right file.. if it works good keep it. But CoreDisplay does more and maybe using the old one can break stuff. Would recommend unpatching reinstalling and then apply the new patch :)

How to unpatch?

Floris497 commented 8 years ago

No need to unpatch. Please don't @iAstro

iAstro commented 8 years ago

I see, wait for more update for my mac mini issue, thanks.

cbjerg commented 8 years ago

When I just tried to run the patcher I got the message I wrote in the issue. When I unpatched and then patched everything worked. I don't understand what I should have done in stead then?

Floris497 commented 8 years ago

When you update the patched file is overwiten by the installer, but the backup stays sometimes. So you unpatch and overwrite the new system file with the old system file.. then you can patch the old one and that might work.. but it might break other stuff in the system.. so it's better to wait and add the signature to the script and patch the current CoreDisplay.
