Bitwarden - Update Icon #368

Updated the icon location to use jsdelivr since the icon didn't seem to populate from the link in my repository. Also updated the version to my most recent update while I was in here.

Plugin version will get auto updated so there is no need to submit a PR for it.

I changed the CDN url so it's not pointing to a static version.
