Users are left in a limbo state after leaving the only team they are part of. #4026

Current Behavior

After manually leaving a team, I am only prompted that I left the team via toast notification.

I still have access to the full left hand side menu but all links point to pages that are continuously loading. The FF logo link is also not working.

I have to manually refresh the page to get out of that limbo state.

Expected Behavior

I should be redirected somewhere where it makes sense to be as a user without any teams assigned.

Steps To Reproduce

As a user which is part of a single team, leave that team.
