That is very single product oriented information. As far as I remember Rancher uses Network Policies to isolate 'projects'. Maybe instead of adding rancher-specific information we should clearly inform, that if one is using k8s network policies to control trafic within the cluster, please make sure, that traffic between namespaces where core app and node-red instances are deployed is allowed?
I just wanted to make sure I captured what was learnt from the support ticket.
Yes we may word this better for the docs
