Add View mode to Device Editor #4779

Description

Customer would like Team Viewer's read only access to a Device Editor

Currently only Owner and Member have access and this is full read/write.

This would need the proxy to be able to distinguish between Role types.

Which customers would this be available to

Team + Enterprise Tiers (EE)
