As a: User

I want to: be able to assign a new device with the same "type" as a previously registered device.

So that: I don't have to keep recalling spelling/case sensitivity across different devices.

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] API endpoint that recalls all device types registered in the devices DB table
• [ ] API endpoint should be constrained only to device types available to that team
• [ ] UI should populate a dropdown list with the response of the API, in addition to allowing a user to define their own type still and registered the device with that new type.

@MarianRaphael just an fyi - wanted to flag this up again. Just doing UX reviews and this is a pain point I found again.
