height is not being applied to ui-button #278

hii @joepavitt , I've noticed that the height and width are being applied to the parent div container of the button instead of the button itself. The same seems to be true for the width, where the button's width increases as we change the width of the parent div. This behavior might be related to the 'width: auto' of button.

what do you think ?
