Change appearance of required fields at first page load. #614

Description

Currently, in the Form node (and maybe others), required input fields are displayed in red even when the user has not entered any data. This makes the page\forms\input fields look as if there is something wrong or that the user already did something wrong when in fact, he\she did not do anything.

Please make it so that input fields are displayed in the theme colors and a "required" message \ change of display only occurs after the user has entered info in the field.
