closes #13, closes #16 partially impliements #11 (via code lenses)

ensure i18n message catalogs are used
provide config in the http-req so it can be used without deploy
support cancelling the inflight request
support (multiple) code lenses in the editor
support undo in the editor when applying a suggestion
improve error feedback notifications
remove occasional extra comments and notes GPT sometimes added outside of the code
inform user about using setup-tab if GPT suggests a require
