Update churned customer docs for FFC #2527

Follow up to #2501

In the case of Annually-billed customers on FFC, when cancelling a subscription, it is also necessary to disable/delete/something the team on FFC.

Need to identify what that action actually is and update the handbook.

I do wonder if an admin can remove all resources from the platform, or can suspend a team?

The 'suspend team' option to be added via https://github.com/FlowFuse/flowfuse/issues/4438 will be the solution here.

@knolleary That implies that 'suspend team' make "manual billing" a two way door through this intermediate stepping stone?
