Create generic Subscription Agreement link #2734

Description

I would like to have a generic url that points to the latest version of our Subscription Agreement in the handbook. This will remove the need to check for the latest version before sending emails and using HS templates.

For example ... New url: https://flowfuse.com/handbook/customer/sales/subscription-agreement/ Points to latest version: https://flowfuse.com/handbook/customer/sales/subscription-agreement-1.5/

@MichaelBDavis You cannot link them into templates, as when it's signed you need to be clear which terms apply.
