Since it's done so many times, I made a quick function to simplify the routine of checking if the file is already downloaded, downloading if needed, and piping the filename to the subsequent import or extract function. See this commit for details. Also, I am using the Google Drive file UID rather than filename since it's less error prone and doesn't depend on the user's drive file structure.
