Update to Vaadin 14 #1

Hi, it would be nice to have a working version for Vaadin 14 (not in compability mode). Actually there are some TypeError in the component's functions.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Version 2.0.0 has been released, with support for Vaadin 14 in npm mode.
