I'd like to be able to build a survey in Flowise that would enable various question types (single-select multiple choice, multiple select checkboxes, open text, etc.) It would be great if images could be used for the response options. Also, it would be particularly useful if scores could be assigned to response options with overall calculations upon submission so that the surveys could be used for personality quizzes. Thanks!
