Error in the explorer + lag #603

On my friend's ASUS M509DJ(X509DJ)-BQ078T AMD® Ryzen™ 3 3200U laptop, the download shortcut bar stopped working after downloading and launching (general). I do not know how much of a problem this is, but everything was on Windows 11.

Not sure what the issue is on the zapret-discord-youtube side, but I encountered a similar problem in Windows 11 File Explorer. When I turned on the VPN, File Explorer would freeze and wouldn’t open any folder. Everything would work again as soon as I turned off the VPN. Apparently, File Explorer tries to access the internet for some reason. If there’s no response, it seems to break and display nothing. I just tried to reproduce the error, but everything is working fine. It’s likely that they’ve already fixed this bug in the latest Windows 11 build.

it's windows side bugs, not Zapret. Zapret does not mess with explorer or any other program, it does not install any extensions to explorer either. It just filters, capture, divert packets of network traffic on what it set up for with config and lists.
