Add 1.20.4 support #23

1.20.3 dropped so I figured I'd adjust this plugins nms to support it

Well, first thanks again for the PR. I was compiling spigot in 1.20.3 to test it and eventually merge it but I end up with a 1.20.4 spigot jar. After few investigations, it looks like md just change the version two hours ago as mojang released MC 1.20.4 RC-1 after a critical issues was found in 1.20.3. So I will wait one or two days before merging this.
