Show user-list on webbuilder dashboard according to website Add functionality to active/inactive and delete user

Done with user listing on webbuilder dashboard. screenshot from 2018-08-27 11-28-54

Issue is how to manage user active/inactive and delete flow. As Sign In flow controled from auth service and it is centralised service not for single website.
