Netlify private repo integrate #175

Create private repo for published website using Gitlab API
Deploy the given private repo on Netlify
Parcel.js should use as build command at the time of deployment
Find out way on how Netlify handles private repo deployment using API.

After going through gitlab and netlify API did R&D and found out how netlify adding private repo and private repo deployment by inspecting into the api used by them at the time of creation in netlify UI.

Private repo is created on gitlab using API.
Deployment of private repo done with netlify by changing the payload of netlify API by adding deploy-key-id into the object.
Parcel.js is set as build command. specified into payload as build command.

Following work code is directly added to netlify branch (parceljs)
