CRM - Chat In request quote #45

SUMMARY: There should be admin-end user chat feature regarding the request quote generated by end user.We need to determine what chat mechanism we are going to use.

Prerequisite:

-Functionality must be working.

User Story Description:

As a <customer>, i need a <contact us component> so that i can easily drag and build contact us page.
