@Khoale1096 everything looks okay except rm ./master.zip because I don't think you can re-run the deployment once master.zip is gone

Based on conversation with @Khoale1096 , we have a few specific items that we are adding to this issue. The basic goal here is to integrate the needed code from reichlab/flusight into this FluSightNetwork/cdc-flusight-ensemble repo, so that the visualization app is more easily debugged and updated locally without relying on data or code in another repo. We suggest the following steps

• review contents of the zip file specifically to see which pieces are needed for the flusightnetwork visualization
• put the pieces that are needed into appropriate locations in FluSightNetwork/cdc-flusight-ensemble repository
• update the build script(s) so that they point to the locations of the new files as needed.

Specifically, we think that there is quite a bit of data in the master.zip file (~140MB), none of which is needed here.
