Map/Chart Libraries to be checked:

• [x] bokeh;
• [x] folium;
• [ ] crossfolium;
• [x] dc.js (https://dc-js.github.io/dc.js/) (http://dc-js.github.io/dc.js/vc/index.html);
• [ ] highcharts/highmaps (http://www.highcharts.com/maps/demo/geojson);

Results:

• Bokeh is not good enough yet to be used in a GIS functionality (https://groups.google.com/a/continuum.io/forum/#!searchin/bokeh/geojson/bokeh/wlQ2LKuxG9Y/UCYOeqrBCgAJ);
• Folium has no click callback support in polygon shapes (python-visualization/folium#497);

I tested a similar example and it worked well.

The above example was replicated with success.

Now, I'm creating a prototype with Brazilian Map and the incidence with indicators chart.
