Welcome to the new trial of this GH Project thinggy which we are testing.

Anyone can change anything, if something could be better another way, or if it's going to be easier to communicate or track.

To start with, thought there could be just four statuses with some aggregated. [Backlog, In Progress, Review/Testing, Deploy/Publish, Done]

General things I've noticed to save time from clicking around...

  1. There are 3 views at the top, which organize the same data in different ways to interact with our get quick overview or to edit data. Traditional Kanban, a Table view like the "issues" view in Jira, and a timeline view.
  2. Clicking on an item opens it up like normal --- although for some reason I'm unable to edit assignees or labels etc after a ticket has been created...
  3. To add a new item, there's the + Add item a the bottom of each status. You can then either create a draft in the project by typing a title, OR # and then you can a) link an issue to an existing PR or issue or b) create an ISSUE in THAT repo which will be linked and visible in this project. Makes sense to do that if a task falls squarely under a certain code base.

In the tickets themselves, there's markdown and some other features such as tables, call outs etc. I haven't really found the Wiki-ish functionality yet... as details would be attached to the particular ticket. (will look more into this later).

The only thing I think I bunged up is @ideology#8008 do you know if this has to be tied to an Existing Repo? Cause I thought I made just a "project" but apparently cause all my issues were thrown under Armin's created "FluentStable" repo - and that's probably also why seems like no permission to change details of this issue once they are created.
