Update QL core to 158, Mvx to 3.0.14, iOS 7 Views

QuickLayout.Touch can no longer reference the QuickLayout.Core PCL. These changes fix that.

Did not touch Cirrious.FluentLayouts.Touch (not on purpose anyway - seems unchanged)
Updated QuickLayout.Core to PCL 158
Updated Solution to Mvx 3.0.14
Updated QuickLayout.Touch Views with the iOS 7 check that comes in the new Mvx NuGet templates now
Commited NuGet binaries to repo because original seemed to
