Connect New Coordinate System with machining code generated #256

It would be good to tie in a transform associated with a new coordinate system 
with the gcode being generated by machining ops.

Being able to create a New Coordinate system on the corner of a part would be 
super handy. 

If I can figure out how to do it- I will.
