Multiple tracers not written to netcdf #9

In testing the initialize and integrate routines with 2 tracers, only the second tracer is seen in the file when testing the Gulf Stream example. This causes the driver to fail when reading initial conditions from file.

This has been resolved - the issue was a U.S.E.R error on my part
