[BUGFIX] Missing check if 'tx_fed_fcefile' exists #385

The SVGTree.js is calling 'proccessTableConfiguration' via Ajax and then the field 'tx_fed_fcefile' isn't present in 'proceessedTca'.

Additional info: SVGTree is used in the categories field. Without this patch no categories are shown in fluidcontent_content elements.

This resolves not the bug in https://github.com/FluidTYPO3/flux/issues/1324 for tree elements in flexforms. This is a patch only for the tt_content field categories in use with a fluidcontent_content element.
