Allow marking steps as optional. #21

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We'd like replays to work across different variations of a site. One way to manage this is to build a different workflow for each variation, but this is tedious. Instead, we can build a workflow that allows trying different steps without immediately failing.
