More simplistic approach to unblocking https://github.com/FluidicML/flow-minder-ts/pull/7 via model interop
Also extended schema with create zod createWorkflowSchema tested in for serialized by jest in PR above
Also sanity checked plugin client to ensure functional parity

Thanks for the approval Josh! I will wait until our 1:1 before landing tho because I really want to nail down ts cross-env consistency and update you on where I believe the tsconfig tested from yesterday fell short.
