Wasn't positive whether to include itunes:image or not, but I saw it on multiple test RSS feeds.

I pulled down this PR, fixed up the formatting, added a test, and fixed a couple bugs. I'm going to close this PR in favor of the updated PR: https://github.com/Flutter-Bounty-Hunters/dart-rss/pull/45
