Does flutter/packages mirror? #6

flutter/packages has also been affected by the labour shortage. Are package repositories excluded from mirroring?

We are waiting to see what happens with the upcoming monorepo merge on the official branch. The Flutter team has been pretty tight lipped about it, but at the very least the engine repo should be merged into the main repo. The big open question right now is what will happen with the packages repo.
